Festival Super Passes
$150 General Admission

The Festival Super Pass gives you flexibility, front-of-line privileges and full access to all Festival screenings, Gala films and includes your membership. Passholders must arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of each screening. Passes are non-transferable and you may be required to show photo ID. All Festival Super Passes purchased online will be mailed out.

Please note: Passholders must pick up screening slips for the films they wish to see that evening at the Passholder Table. Only screening slips for films at that theatre are available. The Passholder Table is open 45 minutes before the first screening of the day.

Also note: a generous allotment of seating is reserved for Passholders at every screening, however, seating cannot be guaranteed. Seats are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Sold Out Shows

Our films never completely sell out in advance. There are always tickets available at the door. Consider your chances good in the Hope Line!

Day-of-show tickets for all screenings may be purchased at the individual venues starting 30 minutes prior to the first screening of the day, based on availability. Note that even when advance tickets are sold out, tickets are available 15 minutes before a screening to those in the Hope Line.

Refunds, Exchanges & Schedule Changes

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets under any circumstances. We offer refunds or exchanges only if a screening is cancelled due to technical problems.

Watch Two Screenings in a Row!

All Passholders and patrons holding tickets for the next screening may stay in their seats. Please do not leave your seats before a Festival volunteer has had the opportunity to verify your ticket and screening slip. The popcorn and washroom will still be there when we’re done.
