Programming Facilitator

This is a twenty-six week contract starting as early as May 3.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate local community art project including collaborating with artist-in-residence and logistical and administrative support of project
  • Collaborate with Director of Programming to coordinate a workshop series at this year's Festival
  • Coordinate hospitality activities for all artists attending the Festival
  • Provide onsite artist support

Successful applicants will have, or obtain during the term:

  • Events coordination experience
  • Artist relations and hospitality experience
  • Administrative skills
  • Outreach and community development skills
  • Communications and public relations experience
  • A keen interest in arts and / or creative and cultural communities
