Development & Special Events Coordinator

This is a twenty-six week contract starting as early as May 3.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate Festival Galas and donor special events, including securing venues and sponsorships, on-site logistics management, and volunteer management and support
  • Coordinate Queerwood, Out On Screen's signature silent auction event
  • Assist with other fundraising initiatives, including securing advertisers for the Festival guide

Successful applicants will have, or obtain during the term:

  • Event planning and management experience
  • Sponsorship and event fundraising experience
  • Relationship building
