
This is a twenty-six week contract starting as early as April 5.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate Festival Galas and donor special events, including securing venues and sponsorships, on-site logistics management, and volunteer management and support.
- Coordinate Queerwood, Out On Screen's signature silent auction event.
- Assist with other fundraising initiatives, including securing advertisers for the Festival guide.
Successful applicants will have, or obtain during the term:
- Event planning and management experience
- Sponsorship and event fundraising experience
- Relationship building
