CELEBRATE QUEER VANCOUVER

Celebrate Queer Vancouver was a month-long showcase of film, visual art, community dialogue and public art installation, which ran July 21-August 21, 2011. Celebrate Queer Vancouver culminated with the 23rd Annual Vancouver Queer Film Festival.

The legacy of Celebrate Queer Vancouver continues, throughout the city the Chosen Family public art plaques installed on street lamp posts are a unique opportunity to connect with Vancouver's queer communities. Celebrate Queer Vancouver was the final component of Out On Screen's Queer History Project.
